to know.
When can I start using Engagement?
Engagement is in preview. Request early access and tell us how you manage client work today. Public signup will open when the application is ready.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Subscribe at $5 USD per active project per month to continue editing. If you do not subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view your existing records and download your data. You are not charged automatically without subscribing.
Do my clients need their own subscription?
No. The subscription covers your workspace. Invited client contacts create an account, verify their email, and accept your invitation to access their shared work.
What counts as an active project?
A project marked Active counts toward your monthly total. Mark it inactive to freeze its work and remove it from active-project billing. On paid subscriptions, activation charges and archiving credits are prorated.
What data can I download?
Export a project’s currently visible records and files, plus up to 365 days of recorded changes. Exports respect each person’s access. Deleted file contents are not retained. Large exports are limited to 20,000 records or history entries, 16 MB of structured data, and 256 MB of attachments.
